Overview

La Paloma is a luxury master planned community located at the base of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains. La Paloma consists of 856 homes located in ten sub-associations:

La Paloma Property Owners Association

La Paloma is governed by the La Paloma Property Owners Association (LPPOA) which is often referred to as the Master Association for the various sub-associations associated with the subdivisions within La Paloma.

Meetings

The La Paloma Property Owners Association Master Board meets monthly usually on the third Tuesday at 10:00 AM.

During March/April of each year, an annual meeting is held at the La Paloma Country Club where new Board members are elected.

The La Paloma Design Review Modification Committee (DRC) meetings are held usually on the last Thursday of the month at 8:30 AM.

La Paloma residents are welcome to attend all meetings.
